Paul moved to the west country when he was about 20 and moved to Bath about 4 years ago. Paul was stabbed to death at 00.38am 2007 new years day just thirty minutes into the new year. helping a friend out
when a youth came from the dark and stabbed Paul fatally through the heart, outside a pub in Bath.
The people who did this one being Karl Eastwood he admitted to kicking paul in the head once on the ground, last Dec 19th 07 he was sentanced to 4yrs to life, also if he gets parole he is on a life licence, NATHAN DIXON of Larkhall in Bath who stabbed paul 6 times refused to speak, but did make a statement to his lawyer admitting to stabbing paul, he Walked free from court Why because a Judge refused to allow his statement be given to the jury, Is this Justice the GUILTY WALK FREE.
Paul was born and brought up in Glasgow Paul was a Celtic supporter.
Paul was easy to like and love although he had problems he had learning difficulties, he would have done anything for his friends or people less fortunate than himself he would have given his last penny if he thought you needed it more than himself, he was a very likable and loveable young man who did not deserve to die in this manner.

5yrs have past since that fatal day when Nathan Dixon took you away, he said he stabbed oh yes he did, I still do not know how the jury let him walk away that day why o why.

Well what a turn up for the books the parole hearing yesterday in Devon Karl Eastwood refused to attend because your dad went down to say his bit my statement was read out for me as i know have a hip problem just like you had so you would know the pain love you xxxx
